Winter Clothing Distribution Among Cold-Affected People Organized by the Department of Economics, Premier University.


Under the initiative of the Premier University Economists Forum (PUEF) of the Department of Economics, Premier University, and as part of the Community and Service Wing, a winter clothing distribution program for cold-affected people was recently held.
Present at the humanitarian initiative were, Badarul Hasan Auwal, Coordinator of the Department of Economics; Associate Professor Bidyut Kanti Nath; Assistant Professor Umme Salma; Assistant Professor Sudip Dey; Lecturer Iftekhar Miah; along with members of PUEF and other students of the Department of Economics.
Through their enthusiastic participation in the winter clothing distribution program, the students demonstrated social awareness and humanitarian responsibility by standing beside the underprivileged and cold-stricken members of society. The attending faculty members appreciated the students’ efforts and encouraged them to remain actively involved in social welfare activities in the future as well.
It is worth mentioning that the students of the Department of Economics at Premier University regularly engage in various service-oriented and social activities every year to support underprivileged and cold-affected people, reflecting the university’s commitment to social responsibility.
