Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Premier University and LPC, an institution recognized by the U.S. Embassy.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Premier University and the English Proficiency Center (LPC), an institution recognized by the U.S. Embassy. Under this agreement, the U.S. Embassy’s Access Program will be conducted at Premier University. The program has been specially designed by the American Embassy for underprivileged students. Through this MoU, another high-valued program of the U.S. government has been added alongside its two important partner institutions — the American Corner and EducationUSA.

The signing ceremony took place at Premier University’s GEC campus on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The event was attended by the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Premier University, Professor S. M. Nusrul Qadir; Chairman of LPC, Mr. Javed Haidar Karim; Registrar of Premier University, Mr. Mohammad Ifthekhar Monir; and Director of the Office of International Affairs and Associate Professor, Mr. Sadat Zaman Khan.
